Memorial Day and Rolling Thunder

Governor Palin today posted on Facebook:
Todd and I and our family would like to wish you all a happy Memorial Day weekend. We’d especially like to offer our best wishes to our friends in Rolling Thunder who will be taking part in their Ride for Freedom this weekend in D.C. as they do each year to honor our vets and specifically to bring awareness to POW/MIA issues. We were honored to join them last year. We were both sad to learn that Preston “Jay” Fairlamb, Jr., one of the organizers of Rolling Thunder and someone who made us so welcome last year, tragically died in an accident last week. Jay was a Vietnam vet, a retired New Jersey State Trooper, and a great American who will be dearly missed. Please keep his wife, his children, grandchildren and his innumerable friends in your prayers. On this Memorial Day weekend, may God bless our brave men and women in uniform. - Sarah Palin

Mr. L: Some Tea Partiers Throw Gov Palin Under Bus for Hatch Endorse

Mr. L is a New York-based Palinista and operates the website Mr. L's Tavern. He is known for his hard-hitting, frank opinions that pull no punches. "Sarah Palin throws her endorsement to Sen Orrin Hatch of Utah and some Tea Party conservatives want to throw this good conservative woman under the bus. I find it laughable that some conservatives are criticizing Palin for this endorsement," Mr. L said in describing his webcast. He rightly questions the sincerity of "four-year" supporters who disavowed their support of Gov. Palin over this endorsement.

So How Many Babies with Down Syndrome Are Actually Aborted?

Bristol Palin today posted on Bristol's Blog:

Many of you read, commented, and shared the post I did about “The 8%,” referring to the percentage of babies diagnosed with Down syndrome who aren’t aborted. I wrote: In the United States, would you believe ninety-two percent of babies diagnosed with Down syndrome are aborted before they get a chance to take a breath? [...]

Mourdock Thanks Gov Palin for Endorsement on Sarah Palin Radio

Sarah Palin Radio

U.S. Senate candidate from Indiana Richard Mourdock this week thanked former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin for her endorsement of his campaign and credited the momentum it provided him as being a major contributing factor in his May 8 primary win during an interview with LaDonna Hale Curzon, Host and Executive Producer, Sarah Palin Radio.

During the interview, Mourdock said that he had respect for Richard Lugar, the 36-year entrenched moderate who he defeated in the primary. Mourdock said he saw Lugar "not as an enemy, but as an opponent for a time." He said if Lugar wanted to campaign for him, he would welcome it, but the final decision would be Lugar's to make.

Curzon asked Mourdock who he thought would be a good vice president for Romney and Mourdock said either Marco Rubio or Rob Portman would be good choices. Neither Mourdock nor Curzon said anything further about Romney.

Gov. Palin has endorsed six candidates this year and primaries have been held for two of her endorsed candidates: Deb Fischer and Richard Mourdock, both of whom won. US Senate (Texas) candidate Ted Cruz's primary is May 29; Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch face a recall election on June 5; and US Senate (Utah) candidate Orrin Hatch's primary is June 26.

Gov. Palin's 2012 endorsement success rate is 100% for candidates in which an election has been held.

Occupy Lovitz

Bristol Palin today posted on Bristol's Blog:

I frequently get comments below my blog posts which go something like this: Why do we care what you think? Aren’t you just some girl in Alaska? (Okay, so usually there’s more profanity in the comments I receive!) In other words, people question my ability to have a political opinion simply because I’m not some [...]
