Steve Pearce for New Mexico

Governor Palin today posted on Facebook:
With less than four weeks until Election Day, the momentum is clearly on our side. We must keep it going! Today, I’m happy to endorse another principled conservative running for Congress. Steve Pearce, in New Mexico’s 2nd Congressional District, understands what makes this country great. As a decorated military veteran, Steve served our country with honor and distinction. As a successful business-owner, he has created real jobs for New Mexico. By sending Steve back to Congress, we add one more strong voice for fiscal discipline, energy independence, and getting Americans back to work. Please visit Steve Pearce’s website at www.peopleforpearce.com and follow him on Facebook and Twitter. - Sarah Palin

Grimm Releases New TV Ad

Michael Grimm has released a new TV ad attacking Congressman McMahon's liberal record, particularly on ObamaCare.

Grimm is running for New York’s 13th Congressional District, which covers Staten Island and part of Brooklyn. Governor Palin endorsed Grimm on July 28, 2010, along with John Gomez for NY-2 who ran unopposed and won. She was the first to be acknowledged and recognized during his victory speech. US for Palin Publisher, Ron Devito is campaigning for Grimm. For the primary, Devito walked door-to-door in the 60th and 79th Election Districts, installed lawn signs in the 10314 zip code, called voters on primary day and closed the PS 36 poll. When Devito arrived to the victory celebration, Allegretti had already called Grimm to concede. Watch Grimm's victory speech here. Devito is continuing his work for Grimm, with another door-to-door walking blitz well under way in his own neighborhood and one to the west of his targeting voters in all parties.

Any Grimm volunteers reading this, please send photos, video and campaign experiences to Organize4Palin.

Todd Palin: We Support Joe Miller

Video courtesy of Organize4Palin

Todd Palin was interviewed by Amy Kremer of Tea Party Express on KBYR Alaska last night as part of a large-scale radio and TV ad campaign to support Joe Miller. "We support Joe Miller, because he is not afraid to shake it up and he is not afraid to back down with this current administration," Palin said. "Joe's campaign was right on in exposing [Lisa Murkowski's] record," he continued.

Todd Palin's statements last night follow two weeks after emails in which he purportedly asked Miller to endorse Gov. Palin for a 2012 POTUS run were allegedly leaked to Jeanne Chilton Devon, who publishes the liberal hate blog "Mudflats".

Ian Lazaran, Conservatives4Palin wrote,

However, Joe Miller, someone Palin supporters across the country have embraced, is someone who should endorse the Governor given that he wouldn't be where he is today without her support (emphasis mine). Nothing in these e-mails change my perception of Miller. He's a great candidate and will be an incredible leader for conservatives and Alaska in the Senate. Nevertheless, there's nothing wrong at all with what Todd wrote in the e-mail, assuming that it is valid.

Joe Foss Institute: Teaching the Next Generation About American Exceptionalism

Governor Palin today posted on Facebook:
Last week, Todd flew to Pierre, SD, as a guest at the Joe Foss Institute and attended their annual pheasant hunt fundraiser. While meeting some great patriots from all across the country, Todd received a quick shooting pointer from Didi Foss, the wife of World War II fighter pilot, Medal of Honor recipient, and South Dakota hero, Joe Foss. Then he picked up critical “tactical field instruction” from General Walter Boomer, USMC (ret) and LTG Jerry Boykin, USA (ret), which I’m told dramatically improved his ability to stalk the feathered beasts. The Joe Foss Institute’s mission is “to teach youth patriotism, integrity, public service and the significance of America’s freedoms.” The Institute makes an impact by using veterans to take its message into classrooms, assemblies, and now into year-round camps through its new partnerships with the Boy Scouts of America and the Salvation Army. You can learn more about this great organization by visiting their website at www.joefoss.com or following them on Facebook at www.facebook.com/joe.foss.institute. And in other family news, Bristol continues to have a ball while stepping up and stepping out of her comfort zone on DWTS! She’s dancing again tonight, and you can keep track of her (and vote for her too!) and all the brave souls in this competition by visiting her Facebook page here. - Sarah Palin

GRIMM'S ENDORSEMENTS ROLL IN
Dear Friend,
Welcome to this week's email blast where you can keep track of Michael Grimm's Congressional Campaign in NY-13. Find out about exciting developments, get updates, and follow the campaign all at once!
Grimm’s Endorsements Roll In
Michael Grimm attained “Young Gun” status, the premiere level of the National Republican Congressional Committee’s (“NRCC’s”) three-tiered Young Guns program. “Michael Grimm has proven that he’s ready to take on Democrat incumbent Michael McMahon, a Washington insider who has blindly supported his party’s failed agenda of job-killing policies and reckless spending,” said NRCC Chairman Pete Sessions (R-TX) The New York Post endorsed Michael Grimm in his campaign to take back New York’s 13th Congressional district from Rep. Michael McMahon recognizing, “Democratic incumbent Michael McMahon…has tried to craft a moderate image…but he's happily supported all the Dems' spending proposals, most notably the stimulus package.” Michael Grimm’s Brooklyn Headquarters officially opened its doors bringing in key endorsements from both the Brooklyn GOP and NYS Senator Marty Golden. Vowing unity, Senator Golden emphatically stated "We need Michael Grimm now more than ever to fight for our families by growing our economy and creating jobs. That is why I am proud to endorse him for Congress.” Flanked by fellow veterans of the armed forces, Congressional candidate Michael Grimm outlined his plan for veterans’ job legislation at a press conference at his Staten Island campaign headquarters. Read more here. Michael Grimm vowed that he will forge a strong working relationship with the Brooklyn VA Hospital and the Fort Hamilton Army Garrison. The 13th Congressional District has the highest concentration of veterans in the City. The National Vietnam and Gulf War Veterans Coalition also endorsed Michael Grimm’s surging Congressional campaign. “Michael Grimm’s leadership and patriotism are especially needed in the House of Representatives at this time in our history. Our beloved country is at risk not only from foreign terrorists but from domestic advocates of extreme social and economic ‘reform.’ We at the Coalition look forward to Michael Grimm’s service to our nation in the House of Representatives.” said John Molloy, Chairman of the Coalition. Echoing the famous Charles Dickens novel “A Tale of Two Cities,” Michael Grimm proudly unveiled his campaign’s newest video and web site. The short video and website featured provides a brief biography of Michael and his opponent, insider Democratic Rep. Michael McMahon. The video and website can be viewed at www.TwoMichaels.com. With over 5,000 fans on Facebook, Team Grimm has launched its $50,000 from 5,000 campaign urging all web supporters to contribute just $10 to Michael’s campaign to help defeat our well financed liberal Democratic opponent. If you can spare $10 toward this vital campaign, please donate TODAY! Your support will make the difference in November! New York Post Endorses Grimm; Seeks Grassroots $

The New York Post yesterday endorsed Michael Grimm along with five other congressional candidates. Grimm is running for New York’s 13th Congressional District, which covers Staten Island and part of Brooklyn. Governor Palin endorsed Grimm on July 28, 2010, along with John Gomez for NY-2 who ran unopposed and won. She was the first to be acknowledged and recognized during his primary victory speech on September 14, 2010.

In its four-paragraph endorsement, the New York Post provided a brief history of the district and the rationale for endorsing Grimm.

Democratic incumbent Michael McMahon won this 30-year Republican stronghold in 2008 after then-Rep. Vito Fossella's DWI arrest and subsequent revelation of a mistress and out-of-wedlock child.

McMahon has tried to craft a moderate image -- he's the only Democrat in New York's congressional delegation to have voted against ObamaCare. But he's happily supported all the Dems' spending proposals, most notably the stimulus package.

Michael Grimm represents a solid return to the district's roots. A decorated Marine who served in the first Gulf War, Grimm subsequently joined the FBI -- where his undercover work helped bust Gambino crime family operatives, several New Jersey pols and, in 2003, 50-some Wall Street crooks in Operation Wooden Nickel.

Grimm cites his post-FBI career as a restaurant owner and small businessman to push fiscal sanity in Washington -- and tax relief for all Americans.

$50,000 from 5,000

In a separate mailing, Grimm asked each of his 5,000 Facebook fans to contribute $10, so the campaign can raise $50,000. He wrote:

There are only 31 days until the election and our opponent, Michael McMahon, has an unlimited pot of cash from Nancy Pelosi and the Washington DC Special Interests. We must rely on money from the grassroots of our country to help get Michael Grimm elected!

Our opponent is using the typical ways Washington politicians fatten their campaign budgets by raising money from:

  • Special interests
  • Lobbyists
  • Washington Power Players

We don’t have these special piles of money to raid like our opponent. That is why we are going the grassroots route!

Devito is continuing his work for Grimm, in the midst of another door-to-door walking blitz in his own neighborhood and one to the west of his targeting voters in all parties.

Gov. Palin Discusses Miller & Murkowski with Mark Levin

Gov. Palin on Mark Levin retrieved from PalinTV

Gov. Palin discussed the departure of Joe McGinniss; Joe Miller, Lisa Murkowski's write-in campaign, "extremism;" and her new book, America by Heart. Mark Levin told Gov. Palin that he and his children find her exhilarating; that he had worked for Ronald Reagan in 1976 and 1980 and feels the same vibe with Gov. Palin as he did with President Reagan.

Bristol Palin: Thank You Tulare-Kings Right to Life

Bristol Palin today posted on Facebook:

Tonight I delivered a speech to the Tulare-Kings Right to Life in Visalia, California. I was honored to receive the invitation, and it was my hope that sharing my story tonight would aid this wonderful group in their crucial work on behalf of unborn children.

Let me tell you a little about the Tulare-Kings Right to Life for those who couldn't make it tonight. This group encompasses thousands of volunteers who fight on the front lines everyday to defend the life of the unborn child. One part of their mission is to educate Californians and Americans on the sanctity of life, and to help women facing unexpected pregnancies to choose life. They also stand against "abortion on demand" government policies and laws, and hold firm against the construction of abortion clinics in the Fresno area.

The wonderful staff, volunteers and donors who are part of the Tulare-Kings Right to Life are saviors to the unborn child and I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to meet with these heroes and to share my story with them tonight.

You can learn more about the Tulare-Kings Right to Life by clicking here.

Sincerely,

Bristol Palin
