US 4 Palin SarahPAC 3Q Money Bomb

SarahPAC delineated why this day is so important in a mailing sent to donors. Salient point:

Thursday, September 30th is the last day of the month.

It's also a crucial Federal Election Commission (FEC) filing deadline.

Why is this FEC report so important?

Rightly or wrongly, both Republicans and Democrat leaders, political pundits, candidates, and especially the national news media use it as a gauge to measure our strength as a political action committee.

If we have what they consider a poor report, you can bet the biased news media will a print a headline that says "Sarah Palin's Influence Running Out of Steam."

But if our report shows we've raised more money than the left-wing committees, folks will know we are a force to be reckoned with and the headline will read:

"Sarah Palin Conservatives running Obama Liberals Out of Town!"

Please visit SarahPAC and make a donation: $5, $10, $20, $25, $50, $100, $200 - whatever you can afford - or have fun and go with a symbolic amount: $20.12, $112 (for November 2) for instance.

Restraining Order Issued Against Palin, Cole Stalker

An Anchorage judge yesterday issued a restraining order barring Pennsylvania resident Shawn R. Christy from contact with either Gov. Palin or Kristan Cole, Heather A. Resz of the Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman reported. Christy's alleged stalking goes back over 16 months when Cole expressed concern over emails he had been sending. According to Cole, Christy sent proof of weapons purchases, years outdated pictures of himself, and expressed intent to buy a one-way ticket to Alaska. The precipitating factor was a call he made from a cell phone with a 907 (Alaska) area code and his verbal indication that he was in the area. Resz reported that Wasilla's Police Department have developed a comprehensive safety plan for both the Palin and Cole families, for which they are grateful. Some of Christy's contact with Cole can be seen on his Facebook wall, which also shows he lost his job at Hazleton Oil. Resz reported that Cole said she and, "Gov. Palin want women to know that they don’t have to live in fear if they are being stalked. There are avenues to get help. Staying silent doesn’t help anybody.”

Conviction Upheld for Hacker of Gov. Palin's Emails

A federal judge refused to throw out the convictions of David Kernell, who was found guilty in April of unauthorized access to a computer and obstruction of justice arising from his hacking into Gov. Palin's private email accounts during the McCain-Palin 2008 campaign, according to widespread reports. Kernell's lawyer is appealing to a higher court. Kernell could serve 15 to 21 months in a federal prison. His sentencing date is October 29, 2010.

Kernell is the son of a Tennessee Democrat. In what he claims was a "prank," he hacked into Gov. Palin's private email accounts and broadcast screen shots including identifiable information of key personal and professional contacts all over the Internet. Screen shots were also picked up by the press and shown on national TV. Not satisfied with merely violating Gov. Palin's privacy by these actions Kernell also posted the reset password to the breached account, allowing others to access and gain control over it, which one person did.

Bristol Palin to Deliver Pro-Life Message in Visalia, CA

Bristol Palin will be delivering a pro-life speech Thursday, September 30, 2010 at the Visalia [California] Convention Center Main Hall, according to Gerard Carroll, reporter for the VisaliaTimes-Delta.

"We are pleased that she [Palin] will be our guest speaker," said April Kesterson, executive director of Tulare-Kings Right to Life, sponsoring group for the seventh annual "Making a Difference for Life" fundraising banquet, set for a 7 p.m. start.

Kesterson wanted Bristol to speak because she chose life over convenience, carrying her son Tripp to term at the height of the McCain-Palin campaign of 2008. Bristol has since become an advocate for abstinence through the Candies Foundation. Her speaking engagements are arranged through Single Source Speakers.

"There's no doubt that her [Bristol's] celebrity helps to promote abstinence," said Bill Albert, spokesman for the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy. "She is the most famous unwed teen mother in the world today."

Bristol is a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. She returned to Wasilla with dance partner Mark Ballas, and was greeted by a throng of adoring fans. Entertainment Tonight's coverage of the dynamic dancing duo's return to Wasilla will air Monday night.

While the pair were enroute to Anchorage, and just under 27 hours after establishing her Facebook Page, Bristol secured 1,000 friends there. US for Palin and venues where its content is syndicated broke both the Facebook page establishment and 1,000 friends milestone stories. As of this writing, Bristol has 2,448 Facebook friends.

Her performance of the Cha-Cha-Cha with Ballas propelled Bristol to the Week Two Round of Dancing with the Stars, which airs Monday, September 27, 2010. Bristol starred in an episode of the The Secret Life of the American Teenager and is authoring her first book.

Gov. Sean Parnell, Lt.
