Site Announcements:
During the final weeks of 2009, I realized that the Google Blogger platform was too limiting. I decided to go with a hosted domain and a WordPress blog. On New Year's Day, work began on building out US for Palin, which was placed into production on January 2, 2009. US as in the United States. US and all of us who support Governor Palin. US as in the site's authors and partners.
For those of you yet to visit, you will find the site much easier to navigate; it loads faster; and provides better interaction with the reader -- and directly with the authors. More features are coming soon.
The philosophy that guided Accomplishments will guide the new site, except that it will be more comprehensive and professional.
The site though in production is still a work in progress. Links to sites -- such a Team Sarah -- need to be restored and links to sites such as Smart Girl Politics will be established. The 2009 Master List of Accomplishments links all broke in the migration, so that list is temporarily offline while the links and formatting are repaired. Several prior blog entries that were headlined as being some sort of package will be renamed to conform to journalistic standards. Old news type stories in which Gov. Palin is referred to as Sarah are now being edited with the formal salutation. These are stories that first appeared on Team Sarah, before there was an Accomplishments blog and were written exclusively for that audience. This is a major task involving much manual labor, so repairing the Master List could take several weeks.
